Now is just the right time to moisturize the skin with Shea Butter!
As autumn turns to winter, Nordic skin begins to suffer from dryness. When the frost hits outside, the heating of the interior begins. The air dries out and the skin starts to tighten. The corners of the mouth begin to open and the lips grow. Thirsty skin cries out for greasy hydration.
The solution to dry winter skin is offered by the African Shea Tree, whose fruit seeds have been used to make unique Shea butter for centuries.
See on YouTube how Sheavoi has given our customer's skin maximum moisture. The skin is no longer tightened, and the make-up spreads evenly.
What did the customers say about Elsa Ekopaja's Sheavos at the I love Me fair?

Elsa's Ekopajan Sheavoi was tested by the public at the I love Me fair at the Helsinki Fair Center on October 20-23, 2023. The feedback was very pleasant. Customers asked why Elsa's Ekopajan Shea Butter is not grainy, but soft and wonderfully spreadable? We ourselves had come across such Sheavos before. And I have to admit that handling Sheavoi has caused a headache for a long time at the Soap Factory. We've tried different ways to melt, foam and can the Shea butter correctly. Prepare the product so that it retains all the caring properties, but the cream is still silky soft and easy to apply. According to the feedback we received, the product development has been successful, thanks to Aliisa, who is responsible for that product development work.
What is shea butter?
Shea butter is a creamy fat found in shea trees
of nuts in Africa. Once a year, these wild trees produce fruit. The fruits often go into the mouths of wild animals, and the inside reveals the fruit's seed, the shea nut. The fruits are collected by hand from the ground. The nut is very special, uniquely nutritious and high in fat. Shea butter is made from this nut.

Shea butter is solid at room temperature,
but melts on contact with skin like coconut oil.
Shea butter is suitable for the skin of the face, lips and the whole body.
Six reasons to use shea butter:
1. Shea butter contains fatty acids.
They lubricate the skin and lock moisture inside the skin.
2. Shea butter eases skin irritation.
It contains anti-inflammatory substances that ease skin breakouts and redness. Shea butter should be used for all kinds of skin irritations,
for minor burns, mosquito bites, sunburns, chapped lips and dry hands.
3.Shea butter contains two antioxidants important for the skin:
Vitamin A
Vitamin A increases the regeneration of skin cells and smoothes the skin's surface. It also plumps the skin by stimulating collagen production. Collagen increases skin elasticity and youthfulness.
Vitamin E
Shea butter naturally has a lot of vitamin E.
Most of it is alpha-tocopherol, which has the highest antioxidant activity. The skin's resistance decreases with age, also as a result of excessive sun exposure. Vitamin E in shea butter helps the skin by preventing cell damage and increasing the skin's moisture.

4. Shea butter relieves the symptoms of eczema
Eczema is a common skin condition that causes an itchy, red rash. It exposes the skin to infections. There are not enough fatty acids in the skin of the examinee. Some studies have found that shea butter was better at relieving eczema symptoms than paraffin oil-based products, which are commonly recommended for treating eczema. This may be due to the linoleic acids contained in Sheavoi. Linoleic acid is found naturally in the skin. That's why shea butter is suitable for natural eczema treatment.
5. Shea cream also forms a mild sun protection for the skin, corresponding to SPF 3-4 level.
6. Shea butter does not cause an allergic reaction for nut-allergic people.
Although it is made from the nut of the shea tree, Shea butter contains only fatty acids.
What happens if you use shea butter every day?
